Briana Johnson
Briana Johnson's journey at Primos Café is a great example of growth within the company. She began her career at Primos as a cashier, initially seeking extra income. Her hard work and dedication paid off with a promotion and then to Assistant manager. In her current position, Briana is responsible for overseeing Front of House operations and managing Guest Services, ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience. Her story reflects both personal development and the opportunity for career advancement within the company.
Hourly Team MemberWe are truly grateful for our incredible team members who form the heart and soul of the Primos experience. It's our pleasure to offer our hourly team members the opportunity to participate in tip sharing after completing their training. While the amount will vary from store-to-store and month-to-month, you can count on a nice extra amount per hour added to the rate of pay agreed upon with your hiring manager.
